I agree. Found the article by Dr. Goadsby (Austrailian Dr) said he found the exact spot where CH's are started which is in the hypothalmus area of the brain. Which explains the seasonality of the problem. Am trying the melatonin myself and I am in my 8th week of my "cycle". Hope it helps but it does make alot of sense now.....Also may try the "phototherapy" light treatment with it till cycle ends.
