Last year when I was suffering from an episode, i read in this message board about being in the cold. I tried it and it made the headache manageable. If it's cold out when your headache hits go sit outside. When I tried this, it was 6am, 20 degrees outside and snowing. I went out there with just my pajamas on, no shoes or anything. My headache reduced significantly! I had to go inside a couple times and my headache would get worse, when I went back out it subsided again. Give it a try!
