Well, something is going on during a CH; the brain is releasing some kind of chemicals during a CH. My stress level goes way up during a CH, I get the same physiological symptoms of an anxiety attack.

And now my body has responded to the physiological symptoms of stress in the same way it does when I'm having major anxiety attacks.

Interestingly, my CH cycle did not start until after I stopped having anxiety attacks. I was having them for about a year, the shaking, increased heart rate, sweaty palms, etc. They stopped just a couple of months ago, then my clusters started last Wednesday! Coincidence? Or correlation?
