i experienced changing the time zone (from 3 to 9 hours) during a cycle cause only the "shift" of my attacks, that continue to follow the start time zone. E.G.: I have normally attacks at 00, 2,4,6 A.M., and with a change of T.Z. i have at 3,5,7,and 9 A.M.
