Was interested to read about pre attacks.
I have just gone into another attack after a 2 month break.
Prior to their return I had bouts of going to sleep at odd times of the day and evening and waking up at 04.37hrs every morning and could not go back to sleep. I looked in my diary and before the previous attack it was much the same especially with waking up at a set time each morning, at that time it was 03.23hrs. With a slight depression at now know when a session is about to come on
