a fairly common malady
my son got nailed once while in college,
overdoing his training workouts
made a moderation fan out of him in a hurry !
probably similar to the "sex headache"
(I'm serious - do a little surfing & ck it out !)
these can be VERY painful, but aren't at all related to cluster headache - they're a pure cardiovascular thing
as I understand it, the remedy is to back down on the excess exertion habits til you hit a level where you stop getting the headaches
