lithium along with the verapamil. i bounced around med to med, finally finding what works for me (600mg lithium carb-- 480mg verapamil) everyday. this has turned me from chronic to episodic, which to me is just fine id rather battle the beast every once in a while than every day.....hope this helps....jonny
