Ive tried to tie this to something for all these years and havn't been able to yet. And real sleep is impossible. Always has always will during the episodes. I am concerned with the people that use narcotic type drugs they just hide/mask the real thing. You will regret it later but I know you will do whatever you have to to get rid of the pain.
