My current bout began Sept. 20. I had problems with Imitrex during last bout. Have used the Zomig (available in oral tablets only at this time). I find it does abort an attack within 15-20 minutes. I find the side effects to not be as bad as Imitrex. Does tend to make me drowsy, which is A-OK when you're sleep deprived because of cluster. Like Imitrex, however, I fear it may prompt rebound attacks (not sure about that yet). Like Imitrex, stuff is expensive: without insurance, cost is $98 for six tablets! But definitely worth a try.
