I just sleep when I can, there is nothing else I can do. I sleep for two hours at a time till the beast arrives again to wake me up from a dead sleep. I feel for ya gal, you know up untill I read this site i thought this happened mostly in men. I thought I knew everything about these things till I got here. I know a bit more now.
