doesn't work like that. the 152.xxx.xxx.xxx string belongs to AOL, as I recall. the first 6-9 digits represent the server through which the individual logged on. the final 3 (sometimes 6) are dynamically assigned...i.e., each time a member logs on, the server assigned the next available IP from the pool.
