It is extremely important and has MAJOR implications for the direction CH research will take from here
however,it DOES NOT in any way suggest a CAUSE -
it states a common physical abnormality among a group of CH patients that seems to indicate a strong neurological primary component of the disease
there is absolutely NO suggestion as to whether this is cause or effect, a precondition or later developed feature
this is this VERY important information which has triggered the "cluster headache fad" among people
who have taken their information from 3rd or 4th hand soundbites on TV news
PLEASE show this great Doctor the respect he deserves by CAREFULLY reading his report, a couple times so you'll know what HE is saying - not what somebody said somebody said he said
