got my hopes up, and i think i made a mistake. pain free for eight days, so decided to run the test. went to a nice, warm, smoky, bar and had several drinks!!!! came home prepared myself, and actually slept through the night. was amazed when i woke up this morning. went clear through the day, then took a nap this afternoon. the beast woke me. wasn't too severe, don't know what too think. i know their not gone, hopefully heading out though. anybody else noticed if they get less severe at the end of a cycle. i can't say i paid attention in the past.
