I am still fighting the medical "system" of diagnosing and moving the patient through. I have been through several medications and theories of four doctors now. None of which have been able to help me manage this pain that is in my head. I am begining to wonder if it is real or not. The Midrin takes the bite off but I need to take sleeping pills to get any sleep. Imitrex knock me out and I am considering the injection, but $$ pervents that. I am looking into "maintence" drugs or preventative drugs. I am sick of swallowing 4 advil and 2 tylenol and a sleeping pill every night, I am physically exhaused from dealing with this pain.
I am going in to see doctor #4 (he was the most open to treatment) again and am trying to pull together my own thoughts. Any info would be helpful.
I posted to this board about a month ago, looking for suffer and a reading posts like a bandit trying to get information about things that HAVE worked or new ideas.
