I have good luck at the U.C. Headache Clinic in Cincy.Airing Neurology-513-475-8730. The hell of it is they say they are booked until March but are usually sensitive to cluster patients needs and may take you in sooner. During peak cluster periods (fall and spring) they open extra days up in their schedule. Best of luck
