Acidopholous adds friendly bacteria into your system and fights off the candida bacteria. I would guess it would depend if the milk is lactose free. Lots of people with candida overgrowth cannot tolerate lactose.
Worth a shot though if candida is a problem for you. There is an easy finger-prick blood test that you can do to determine if you do have a candida problem...most naturopaths offer it.
