Hmm.. Often wondered myself why I am so lucky as to get a predominantly male disorder PLUS all the joys of being a woman (cramps, bloating, moodiness, etc.) I am heterosexual, and started getting cluster headaches right around the time I became sexually active. It's occurred to me that there might be a correlation there, but then I think that's just a remnant of my Catholic upbringing. I can't think of anything off the top of my head (no pun intended) that would point to a reason us lucky women have this horrid curse, but I'm interested to see if we can come up with something. If any women out there are interested in sharing more intimate profiles (weight, sexuality, menstrual cycles, age of first menstruation, etc.) in a more private setting (no offense, men) please e-mail me at psychobab@gurlmail.com.
