seems to me, in my case,
that over many years,
the clusters seem to come & go fairly independent of the weather
certainly the weather DOES trigger all sorts of physiological responses though, so it's certainly not impossible (remembering that in nature it's always very risky to try to PROVE a NONcorrelation)
