I've been using Imitrex injections for the last 4 years. My cycles are similar to your's except during the peak I've had as many as 8 headaches in one day. In over 20 years of trying different remedies, the Imitrex injection is the only thing that has always worked and it nearly always eliminates the pain in under 10 minutes. Give it a try. The only problem I've had with Imitrex has been from my insurance company.
