Let me make this clear. Rebounds do exist. During my cycles b4 i ever found Imitrex , I only got 1 CH a day. After 2 weeks of taking Imitrex everyday , i would start to get my CH and i would take a Spray, CH goes away , but then some hours later it would come back with a vengeance. After experimenting i found that it was best to wean myself from the imitrex for 2 days or so and i wouldnt get the rebounds. So now , i'll take the imitrex for a week or so and then i'll endure the pain for 2 days. The restart and no rebounds at all. Works for me , may not work for you.
