Duragesic (fentanyl) is an opioid analgesic, used in the treatment of chronic pain, typically for cancer or post-operative patients. As with all opioids, it has some potentially serious side-effects. The link below has much more information.
Just as a side note, I don't think 'cure' is the proper word here, as duragesic is most likely affecting pain tolerance and recognition, rather than actually 'fixing' the underlying cause (whatever the heck the underlying cause of clusters is!).
