Right now I'm on depakote and nortiptyline; they aren't working very well at preventing the headahes; will probably go on another round of prednisone and go on sansert for a while; but right now on this mix the headaches come on very slowly during the day and often oxygen stops them. But when the oxygen doesn't work, instead of a headache that lasts from 30-90 mins, it will go on for hours with at least an hour at the top pain. And instead of going away quickly, it will take hours to gradually go away. Very much typical cluster pain, but very different from regular cluster headache in onset, duration and going away.
