In the daytime if its going to be a heller I can actually taste some kind of chemical change and my saliva gets really thick. If it goes unmedicated it will be a ten and it will last for 2 hours tapering away into shadows that will last until the next one. If it doesn't start strong with the saliva thing, it may just toy with me and I'll take some indocin.(not if Im going to drive) sometimes that will abort it sometimes one will breakthrough any way. sometimes there's a method to the madness and sometimes not.
