You are not alone my husband can not handle any light at all complete darkness is best and please don't make a sound it has to be quiet. There was a time he could listen to sounds of nature tapes to help keep him calm but not now. Personality changes are a given. If you did not have mood swings I would have to wonder. People want to help becouse they are scared for you. To do somthing so tragic to take your life would destroy them as well. Good Luck.
