Its a common thing here clusters and the bathroom!
Everyone knows durning a cluster the bathroom is mine.
But a bowl movement does help me. Drummer and
I have talked about this to great links. We both think
this is a important factor. I have seen a lot on this
subject in recent months. People kind of look over it
and laugh but theres something to it I think. I don't
have a bowel movement every time I have a cluster,
Just sometimes.But when I do it helps!
