Tonya - water didn't do a thing for me either. The
only partial relief I have EVER gotten was from Oxygen
which took the sharpest edge off, and from Sansert which
also has helped all but the very peak of my season.
Only we sufferers can understand the utter helplessness and
anti-social behavior we experience during our cluster periods.
