I've noticed a coincidence between this too, and
taking a dump seems to lessen the headache in my case
(but not fully)
On a related topic (while this topic is being
discussed). I've noticed that coffee triggers bowel
movements, and not just drinking it, the sight, the smell, but
only in the morning before I drink it. I never understood
why sight and smell trigger this though.
