Keep up the water, Tonya. It can't hurt. My cycle was worse to begin with - longer headaches and more intense, but now it is waning after only two weeks, and usually my cycles last 4 weeks.
Even if the water doesn't help your head, your kidneys will be nice and clean! (trying to look on the bright side... )
