Thanks for you replies... I appreciate the "no, not for me" answers as much as the "yeah, I noticed that too". I agree with one poster who pointed out that maybe each of us has a different source or cause of the headaches, but we all end up at the same place.

In that regard, I'm still amazed that some people have more than 2 of these a day. I've never had a day with more than 2, and those 2 are usually one long one with "shadows" in between.

Also, I've really never had them at night after falling asleep, UNLESS I've had some alcohol before going to bed. (before I realized what I had... and how potent a trigger alcohol was).

Mine have always been between 7 and 11 am, with an occassional one in the late afternoon around 5 or 6. During the peak of the cluster, I have them every day. After a couple weeks, it's only every other day.

Anyway, I'll be lurking and reading your posts... I'll have to try the grapejuice-ginger ale combo. Anyone else tried this one? How does it work?
