I notice that every time I drink alcohol I always get a very bad headache, during and after. I'm not an alcoholic (and I mean that) but on special occasions I like to have a few drinks but I get this excrutiating headache. What can help to avoid these headaches? Maybe something I can eat or take before? Does anyone know? Please respond? Thank you.
