I'm getting everyone a neck brace for a present.
My shoulders are sore from trying to stay upright while I'm trying to sleep.
I hope the braces help!
I am a recovering alcoholic and drinking plays very much into CH.
I slipped a mth or so ago and drank a quart of beer.
Shortly my latest series/cycle begin after.
However I've had attacks through my abstinence.
Keep your head up!
