I have a big problem,, I use to be able to talk in excite chat and now i can't anymore, but i can talk in hearme chat and yahoo. I have gotten new sound card, modem, keyboard, speakers, all but mother board. No one, not even excite can figure out my problem. It's been 5 weeks since i got this problem. Why can i hear and not talk? Why can i talk and hear in other chats using the mouse? Help!!
