Unless I have been in a cycle for 2 months or better. I never get them at work. When I get a cycle going, I get 4 - 6 headaches a night, every night, about 2hours apart, lasting 15-30 mins. After 2 months, I'm wiped and can easily fall asleep at work if given the chance to relax. I get them as soon as I start to relax.
