a triptan, like Imitrex, but according to my doc, it is slower acting and gentler, with fewer side effects.It also lasts a lot longer than Imitrex, the half-shelf life being 8 hours, and I've been taking it every twelve hours, with much success.
I have been on it for about a month, and I'm now weaning myself off.It has been a tremendous help keeping the monster HAs at bay, with a few breakthroughs.
