My husband has suffered from CH for almost 20 years.We have had little to no success with any of the usual drugs. there are no drugs that you have listed we have not tried. The only drug that has really worked is imitrex.Unfortunately because of my husbands blood pressure there ara days when he can't use any. Three years ago we found a wonderful Dr. that has given us hope and instant relief. Dr.Paggioli has done a surgical procedure called sphenophalpine ganglion block.My husband has had the treatment done 3 or 4 times ,the first eye lasted 2 years,and with almost as much success in the other eye.I want you to understand Brian is one of those that drugs has not helped.Dr Paggioli has also used medicinal cocaine to control the pain til surgery can be booked.Brian gives this to himself with swabs placed up the nasal cavity and use as an aensthasia .
