Maybe it does in my case. My grandmother (mother's mother) had 2day headaches (with the "dregs of it" the day after); none of her three daughters had them, but 3/4 cousins in my generation have various types of migrane. Now my daughter has the same type of CH as I do, only hers are 2 days on each side, not 3. Then on my father's side, another cousin also has CH. However, seeing the postings for the first time, I realize just how many people are affected, and our family history may be just co-incidence. And this knowledge hasn't helped much in treatment clues--everyone has something different as a solution and what works for one doesn't for the other!
Hang in there--I know how frustrating it can be, looking for relief.
