This used to be a problem for me. I had to sleep with a glass of water on the nightstand, because having to breathe through my mouth all night kept it dried out. It turned out that I had nasal polyps and a deviated septum. The operation was fully covered by my health insurance. But, if you don’t have insurance or your insurance won’t cover it, try the glass of water on the nightstand. It’s about $5,000 cheaper!
