I use the spray once daily (in 24 hrs.). The results are usually wonderful. I still have other untreated headaches but at least one goes away fairly quickly. What do you know about usign this stuff every day? I have six weeks to go. I wonder about my 50 year-old heart. . . And how about combining that with verapamil. Thanks. It's been three years and I forgot. Glad this board is here!!!
