I had taken Bellergal-S for a number of years prior to the onset of menopause. Some life changes occured and I no longer take it. I, do, however, now have Fibromyalgia, and I wonder if there's any evidence that might show Bellergal-S as useful for this? As for the addiction warning--be responsible and pay attention to what your body tells you. I had no problem with addiction, but when I quit taking it, it was a planned but simple weaning process.
