carl ive been there. i know that doesnt help right this minute. after 22 years of episodic hell ive found that imitrex inj. gives instant relief in minutes, almost euphoric without that drugged feeling all day like the so called preventitives. the money situation disturbs me. pardon my politics for a moment, but with all the programs available to almost anyone with a negligble affliction can practicly get a check why cant we who suffer from this much pain even get something that works. my ins co (not the doc) shut me off of imitrex copayments and i was spending 314.00 for 3 days worth of med and i was in a 6 week cycle. i pay 500.00 per mo ins premium and i about went nuts on the phone. took 2 weeks and about 1200.00 out of pocket to get straightened out. can you get relief from imitrex or help paying for the verapomil? even a credit card is better than a c h. wishing you the best for the holidays and always.
