When I was in my early twenties,I was given a book that included clusters as well as migraines.
I always considered CHs to be like migraines ONLY that they were on one side of the head.
This book contained lists of foods to be avoided for each type seperately.
Since I had clusters for about 5 yrs already at that time, I followed the diet recommended.
I was sarcastic when I mentioned the gravy and pastries yesterday.
The point is I was eating practically nothing but American cheese and fruit thru my attacks.
The bastards came anyway.
Did this thru a couple series then got a clue.
It doesn't matter.
If you avoid all possible triggers given over the yrs, you'll starve!
I was a 'boozer' and a stubborn one at that.
I got HA whether I was drinking or not.
the demon seems to have no discrimination
I wish I could find that book to list as a reference, but in the course of moving many times over the years...
Eat what YOU can.
Moderation is a good rule of thumb.
