I never thought about intensifiers. All I have ever heard my doctors mention is triggers. Now that you mention it and I reflect I can see several items that I don't think "trigger" a headache but definatly might play a role in intensifing one. Thanks, now I have more food for thought and possibly another line of defense to make things better. Karla
