I had taken Bellergal-S for a number of years prior to the onset of menopause. Some life changes occured and I no longer take it. I, do, however, now have Fibromyalgia, and I wonder if there's any evidence (anecdotal or otherwise) that might show Bellergal-S as useful for this. Many of the conventional medications have some unpleasant side effects for me, but Bellergal-S was fine, and also helped with sleep. Any info is appreciated.
