As soon as I feel one coming on my best resource as been Advil . It seems to open the blood vessels immmediately. I dont know any long term effects. I have been suffering for at least 4 years now. I get my headaches lasting for 2-3 months at a time and seem to go away on thier own after that. During that period I walk around with Advil day and nite though my headaches seem to come between 11pm-2am.Smoking and or drinking seem to definetely bring it on. Taking Advil during the cluster period isnt the save all but at least I can sleep! Waiting period is 15 mins to 1 hour depending when I took the advil to when my headache comes on. Hope it works for you!
