I absolutely refuse to listen to the theories that chocolate causes CH.
I do have to tell you, as much as it will sound stupid, that when I was drinking, (years ago) one of the worst things I could do was drink cheap Vodka. Any bar vodka was a guarantee head banger. I immediately switched to Smirnoff when I drank anything at all and as long as I was careful I didn't notice any escalation in the cycles or severity of the CH's.
I do prefer life without alcohol of any kind, but I still have the CH's.
