Hey Scott...My recent hisrtory has not been as intense as yours, but since you asked...
I have had some strange patterns, too...first, 5 weeks with only 2 days off, then 2 or 3 days off, then CH for a few more days, then off for 5 days...had three visits today...early AM late AM and one at 3:00 this afternoon that has been persistent for about 8 hours now (mostly coming and going and doing the 'shadow' thing after peaking earlier this afternoon.
I'm not sure if my marathon 8 hour one is a series of one every hour like you described, or one big one that is stubborn, but in either event they wear you out.
Here's to a good night's sleep...
