I find the Imitrex pill takes 60-90 minutes which could be the end of my HA anyway. Nasal spray was totally ineffective. The shots almost always stop the CH within 5-10 minutes UNLESS I have waited till the pain is the worst. Then it only makes the HA bearable and not "bang your head into the wall."
