Well DJ thanks for keeping me informed on things while i was in kosovo.My wife told me you had sent some e-mails while i was gone and I just got through them, and everything else.I know I havn't been here hardly ever in the past long while but am here now and I really need to keep up with things here cause it seems i'm really out of the loop.I'm still cronic getting min of 18 h/a a month,with a wierd twist the past 3 weeks 2 weeks of 5 h/a's in 5 days and now 4 days off,
maybe i'm changing to episodic, well one can hope at least.Also i'm tring (migranol) nasal spray seems to be working at least on the few i've had in the past little bit just incase nobody has tried it yet,might help others.
