I woild like to share with everyone some ideas I have for dealing with the cluster. I have had the problem for over a dozen years and I think I have an idea that will at least help in identifying what is happening to us. Essentially it involves a simple computer program that I am working on and is free to whoever wants to join in. You will find a detailed explanation at:
