I am a smoker. I smoke about 10 cig`s a day. I am trying to quite after I found out this could be one couse of my CH. I am not a coffee drinker. I dont drink caffanie drink`s. I stoped drinking alcohol 3 year`s ago.As far as preasure in my life I feel it`s pretty normal. Except for the CH. With CH I care alot of quilt for my family. My children my Husband. But I cant put the blame there. I have had CH way before I was married and had kid`s.I do not live around industrial plant`s.I live in a small town in the country. I am and over achiever. I need to have thing`s in my life perfect.My home,file`s bill`s etc..... I am a fulltime mother and housewife. Which was alway`s my dream and still is. So maybe just maybe it could do with ppl that R over achiever`s. I am grasping at staws here. But maybe this will help with your research. I`d be interested to find out.
